When you enter a name or date of birth in a search tool displayed here, the query is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Jennings County Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

If you email us, we may retain the message long enough to review it and respond. We keep contact messages within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Jennings County Warrant Records does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of warrants or personal warrant information. It publishes general directions to the Jennings County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Jennings Circuit and Superior Courts, the Jennings County Sheriff's Department, and Indiana MyCase, which is a case-information service rather than a complete warrant database. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers.

Outside companies power search boxes displayed on this site. Information entered in one of those tools is governed by that provider's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider controls its own retention and sharing practices. Review those terms before submitting personal information.
